Movement and active recovery is expressed in our kicking ‘R’. The circle around FTLR represents the barriers that prevent us leading an active and fulfilling lifestyle. FTLR helps you break through!

STEADY STUDIO

This is a legs and glutes focused class with plenty of abs. You will use a reformer pilates chair and spine corrector to challenge your body. Anyone with lower back pain, this class is for you, leave feeling challenged and lighter.

Nothing like an upper body class focusing on spinal alignment. Here the principles of pilates focus on breathing and precision to ensure a challenging workout.

Steady Flow is an intermediate to advanced style class. Small props will be used to ensure the most out of your workout. We recommend a minimum of 2 classes with us before entering this class.
